Down to earth - der Weg der Kraft
'There's a turning point.
It arrives when we find ourselves quietly hovering inside the realization that the choice is between two pains:
the pain of the jump or the pain of regret.'
- Victoria Erickson
~ wave to be - Weg der Kraft ~
Down to earth - embodied verankert.
An-ziehung und An-ziehung erschafft was?
'The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it it's aliveness.
The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's connection.
The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's curiosity.
The opposite of trauma isn't "healed", it's presence.
The opposite of trauma isn't to find perfection, to become a contained or even calm version of ourselves. But rather, it's where we begin to experience what couldn't exist when all our body could do was survive.'
- Lexy Florentina
'One of the most useful insights that I've ever gotten out of mindfulness practice was that in the final analysis, all that I am afraid of is sensations. Particularly the sensations associated with unpleasant emotions: getting stuck in sadness, getting stuck in fear, getting stuck in anger.'
- Ron Siegel
'Turning toward the heart is a way of affirming life, even in the face of suffering.'
- Pir Zia Inayat Khan
'Just slow down.
Slow down your speech.
Slow down your breathing.
Slow down your walking.
Slow down your eating.
And let this slower, steadier pace perfume your mind.
Just slow down.'
- Doko
'Embodiment is what's missing in our lives. This is now our challenge in this epoch of history.'
- Peter Levine
'And I said to my body, softly. "I want to be your friend." It took a long breath, and replied "I have been waiting my whole life for this."'
- Nayyirah Waheed
' " I can make time." A love language.'

'Most people don't meet each other as partners when they are fully mature, healed, and sorted. Most people walking on the path of their own healing journey will meet each other at the best divine timing so the can keep overcoming their own limitations in the presence of one another. We will be challenged to find ways to overcome our most stubborn childhood conditionings in maybe more areas than we thought would be sorted by now. But succeeding at overcoming these challenges as individuals as as a team is key to building a successful life together.'
- Quentin Decamp
'The more emotions are metabolized in the body (allowed, felt, regulated, released), the less energy the mind consumes to "metabolize" them mentally: to ruminate about them, analyze, distract from them, control, fix or suppress them.'
- Awaken with Ally
'You need to listen to your body before it starts to scream.'
- Mindful soul collective
'And here you are, unlearning self-abandonment and relearning self-love, returning back home to your self day by day, step by step, healing form the heaviness of old wounds that used to weigh you down. It was never too late to learn the lesson; you have always been right on time.'
- Billy Chapata
'Come home to the forest
Where time goes slow,
and breath is mellow.
Where thoughts find rest,
and calm comes to nest.
Come home to the woods
to be friends with trees,
and listen to the breeze.
To wander through trails
and mend your sails.
Come home to nature
when your heart is hurting,
or your soul needs healing.
When something feels wrong,
or you just need place to belong.
The forest awaits
Come home. Be healed.'
- Bidushee Phukan
'One of the most healing things for our mental health is:
the feeling of safety in the relationship in our lives.'
- Helenmarie
'Trauma recovery takes a kind of courage many humans will never comprehend. The thing we're most afraid to remember, accept and process? Recovery asks us to remember, accept, and process it.
Survivors in recovery are secret warriors and heroes and conquerers. Never doubt it.'
- Dr. Glenn Doyle
'Don't swallow your tears.
They are medicine waiting to be released.
Free them to free yourself.
Free them to free us from the demand of inhumanity.
Each drop is a revolt declaring " I'm still here."'
- Dr. Thema
'When you understand that anxiety, panic attacks, depression, depersonalisation, dissociation, and chronic pain are ways your body and nervous system try to protect and alarm you, you move from fear to gratitude.'
- Erika Bustos
'Grief is really just love. It's all the love you want to give but cannot. Grief is just love with no place to go.'
- Jamie Anderson
