Way to go - being grateful for the now
and soft landing.......
Die Phasen wenn es innerlich eng wird, die eigenen Grenzen bewusst werden (Zeitlimit, Lebenssituationen, körperliche Herausforderungen usw.) und das Leben einem präsentiert, was noch möglich ist und doch irgendwie so weit weg ist oder sehr unklar oder ungewiss.
Wollen aber irgendwie den Weg nicht sehend.
Angenehm ist das Sein nicht.
Doch bewusst damit sein lässt einen Prozess zu, der durch sogenannte
Focus Shifts, Relationen entstehen lässt. Und dieses hin und her pendeln zwischen dem Jetzt und das was möglich sein kann, wird irgendwann ein Soft Landing in mir drin. Es wird zu einem Annehmen wie es aktuell ist und lässt erkennen, dass all das was in meinem Leben nicht selbstverständlich ist und manches trotz vielen Hindernissen und Hürden dennoch Wege findet, ein Anteil in meinem Leben zu sein.
Das lässt eine ruhige Dankbarkeit entstehen.
Die aus dem Jetzt eine Weite hervorbringt, die trägt und ein Vertrauen in den Weg eröffnet geführt von dem 'SOFT LANDING' innerlich, dass nur noch pures Annehmen des Seins in der momentanen Lebenssituation ist.
