Shifting form - weiter weicher Raum der Formlosigkeit
'As well, feminine embodiment differs
from masculine embodiment. The feminine embodies infinite forms, is in a
constant flux, and ever-changing, herein lies her power. The awakened
masculine on the other hand remains in a more linear, unchanging state,
herein lies his power.
The masculine can never find safety in
the infinite, ever-changing forms the feminine embodies. It is a common
trap men fall into. When a man creates stability and safety within
himself, that is when his presence, his energy naturally "feels safe" to
the feminine, it is effortless, there is nothing he has to do as
creating safety is not a job, it is who he is in his deepest nature. '

'The power you were taught to control is the power you were meant to be in relationship with.
To reclaim this power is not to hold it tighter, but to trust that it flows through your very own body.
Not all power looks the way we were taught to expect. There is a kind of power rarely named in our culture. It does not conquer. It does not dominate. It does not rise in straight lines or demand predictability.
This is the feminine power.
It's not defined by gender, but by rhythm.
It is cyclical. Relational. Responsive.
It live in tides, in seasons, in blood. It hums in the quiet intelligence of rest, in the necessary pull of retreat, and in the aching beauty of return.
It lives in the body,
and for many, it has been silenced.
When I sit with women in my practice as a somatic psychologist, I see how this silencing shapes them. Many arrive exhausted by the invisible labour of control. They have spent years to "manage" themselves; their emotions, their energy, their cycles...believing that the goals is to be steady, consistent, and unchanging.
Beneath this effort lives an inherited belief that power should resemble dominance: over nature, over feeling, over fluctuation. This is not their failure. This is cultural conditioning.
But feminine power does not respond to coercion. It does not obey willpower. It does not conform to fit into capitalist timelines or patriarchal notions of worth.
It ebbs and flows. It expands and contracts. It rises suddenly, like a storm, and recedes quietly, like a tide.
It is shaped by moons, seasons, hormonal shifts, collective grief, and ancestral memory. To live close to this kind of power requires not mastery, but relationship.
Your nervous system mirrors this intelligence, and your healing requires the wisdom of feminine power as well. This is because healing does not follow straight line. Your healing, just like your nervous system, cycles through activation and settling, rupture and repair, contraction and release.
Healing and nervous system regulation therefore, are not about remaining calm at all costs. They are instead about staying connected through the movements.
Similarly, power is not about constancy it is about capacity. How much can we stay with ourselves as we change?
How much trust can we offer to the rhythm that move through us?
To reclaim feminine power is to honour complexity. To let the truth be layered. To let emotion be contradictory. To let energy be sacred whether it stirs, stills, or slips away. Feminine power doesn't tidy what's messy.
It makes room for it.
This kind of power doesn't always feel like strength. Sometimes it feels like trembling. Like rage. Like heartbreak. Like numbness. Like saying no when your nervous system says stop. Like resting when the world demands performance.
Feminine power listens inward before it reaches outward.
It is radical to become a home for own energy. To no longer seek validation or external markers to feel "powerful". To embody the truth that power doesn't need to be proven; instead, it just needs to be lived in.
Power, in this sense, is not something you hold. It's something you're held by. Something that pulses through your cells, not your ego. To trust that, deeply, is not weakness. It is ancient, embodied wisdom.'

Tiefes weites Ausatmen
Ich wünsche dir/euch einen schönen Tag :)
