Give yourself grace

in the harsh lifes' pace

Give yourself space

full of grace

Give yourself the warmth

that charms

all of your humaness

to confess

yes life can be a bitch

it can leave you in a ditch

but you know deep inside

there is no reason to hide

instead to step up with your inner guide

your grace

and face

all that is coming along the way

the color and the dark grey

use all to deepen your inside core

to explore

life in its fullest

love with your whole heart

make its own art

to care

aware

share

whenever you can

span

your space wide

without fake pride

compassionately filled

human being willed

to take a deep breath

take the step

enter the mess of life

dance jive

pure alive

embracing all

and know when life makes you fall

it is just a different perspective

you become your own detective

in finding the beauty despite

invite it out of hide

to stand with you beside

to expand

with and out of our hand

into living in a new inner land.

 

Give yourself grace

when life has again a harsh pace

it is not a race

it is an invitation to be human

to be your true man or woman

give me your hand

and we find ways together

making out of worse even better

from inside out

when necessary with a big loud roaring shout

and still here I am giving you my hand

together we stand.'
