Taking the risk

 

Taking the risk 

not with a closed anxious tight fist

open palms

heart calms

soul is ready to fly

it knows old shapes need to die

but it is nothing scary

holding on makes me weary

it is time

 to let life chime

me into living

receiving

and giving

fullness expands

creating out of being and my own hands

to sail and land

on the ground of true belonging

loving deep

not to keep

but choosing to stay

again an again every day

because my body, heart and soul found a home

and it is not 'I own'

instead it connects with tender gentle care

because it is created out of a deep life connected share.

Taking the risk 

feeling the winds are brisk 

connecting to my inner warmth

spreading my arms

welcoming the coming ways

with fully expanded grace

stepping out of the race

learning my own pace

life creates chances

intuition enhances

so my body recognizes 

all offerings in their seizes 

soul encourages to leap

no matter how steep

finding the way 

all colors can stay

creating with the whole of life 

being invited to dance with it in my rhythm alive. 

Taking the risk 

even when the winds are brisk

body signals it is worth taking 

next step awakening 

human being

seeing

choosing aware

with care

vulnerable and strength together 

no matter 

what comes along 

and invites me into creating a new rhythm and song.
