Die Weite des Körpers

Tiefes weites Ausatmen - die Weite des Körpers
Das timing und der ureigene Rhythmus eines Körpers - kennst du deinen?
'Can we go slow enough that I can come with you? That's what the body asks.
Not in words, but in weight. In the way your shoulders tighten when you sit still. In the exhaustion that follows a busy day or week. In the urge to move faster than you actually feel ready to go.
So often, we mistake this for resistance. For sabotage. For stuckness. But what if that tension isn't trying to stop you, just sow you down? What if the part that hesitates is the part that finally feels safe enough to speak?
I see this all the time.
Clients come in full of insight, longing, and momentum "I've done the 'work'", they say, "so why am I stuck?" But healing doesn't happen at the speed of cognition. It happens at the speed of trust. And trust is slow. Trust takes time. Trust is an embodied experience.
Your body isn't blocking your growth It's asking to be included in it.
That's what that inner pause means. That ache. That fatigue. That flicker of doubt. It's your body and nervous system saying:
Can you go slow enough that I can come with you?'
