Sunday, June 29, 2014 the grey ¡)

That requires some color, aye! ¡)

Smiles, Anke :)

And today i am choosing trust and deep inner calmness.

And you?

Walking with the right outfit is even in rain fun but what happens when you get surprised by sudden weather changes and it requires facing it how you are in that now, with your gear at home?

Keep walking, even you get soaking wet and know, the sun or shelter will be reached at some point again to warm up and dry or change into the appropriated outfit.

And since i had the chance to choose the appropriated outfit today, i am enjoying to walk in the grey and rain.

Smiles :)

Hehehehe...this also means: calm clear way.....aye!

Look at that!
New growing out off 'thought and looks like' dead tree trunk.......

Cool color bug :)

Sound of rain.....delight this morning :)

Calming, creating a coziness....inside :)

Wow, it is pretty dry!

Off road is possible again :))))

Day two of amazes me how strenous those easy looking positions are to HOLD!

->'The Big Findings
There were two particularly exciting finds about the brain areas that were more active for HSPs than non-HSPs during these tasks. First, this responsiveness occurred in the "mirror neuron" areas, apparently only found in primates and humans and known to facilitate empathy. The second especially interesting area was the insula, sometimes called the "seat of consciousness" because it brings together all aspects - thoughts, feelings, perceptions, bodily states, etc. - all of our moment-to-moment experience. These are fairly amazing results!'

WOW!!!! How awesome good this feels!!!!!

Sensitive? Emotional? Empathetic? It Could Be in Your Genes

HA! HA! HA!!!!!!!!! OH JA!!!!!! SCHWARZ AUF WEISS! DA STEHT ES!!!!!!! “mirror neuron system”

->'The point, obviously, for HSPs, is that we seem far more prone to fill our lives with eudaimonia. Interestingly in the study, only 22% had that kind of meaning-based happiness predominating in their lives. Does that percentage sound familiar? Need I say more? "Live long and prosper." That is, live a meaningful life.'

Okay, off for lunch...some interesting LINKS, I could not read yet....AYE! ( read after)

There’s another story that you may have read that has to do with what we call heaven and hell, life and death, good and bad. It’s a story about how those things don’t really exist except as a creation of our own minds. It goes like this: A big burly samurai comes to the wise man and says, “Tell me the nature of heaven and hell.” And the roshi looks him in the face and says: “Why should I tell a scruffy, disgusting, miserable slob like you?” The samurai starts to get purple in the face, his hair starts to stand up, but the roshi won’t stop, he keeps saying, “A miserable worm like you, do you think I should tell you anything?” Consumed by rage, the samurai draws his sword, and he’s just about to cut off the head of the roshi. Then the roshi says, “That’s hell.” The samurai, who is in fact a sensitive person, instantly gets it, that he just created his own hell; he was deep in hell. It was black and hot, filled with hatred, self-protection, anger, and resentment, so much so that he was going to kill this man. Tears fill his eyes and he starts to cry and he puts his palms together and the roshi says, “That’s heaven.” '

And reading the sharings from other dear human beings.

And yes I created my FB as an INSPIRATION book, feels good to connect to the world,
in the way possible.
Thanks to the www.

And whoever says you cannot connect over mail or is possible....same wave length individuals find each others, so grateful for this expierence.

Thanks to my online support !
Voluntarily connect and share from deep out of the hearts.
Whole hearted, filled with soul and joy!

“Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won't either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. And when it happens that you are broken, or betrayed, or left, or hurt, or death brushes near, let yourself sit by an apple tree and listen to the apples falling all around you in heaps, wasting their sweetness. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could.”

- Louise Erdrich, The Painted Drum

"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like."

-Lao Tzu

A couple photos from this morning, since picture gallery upload always crashes the app....aye!
