Delight....in what and how, do i find delight today?

Sun peaking through - sharing smiles - being my now - 

Good music - buying flowers for my mom - taking deep breath in inside peace - weekend start - a gap between pick up times and filling it with reading - doing all in being awareness -

 

PS around lunch: I realized something...quite interesting, after the tension of BEING on the edge again solved...or better evaporated because you did not get 'worked-up', 

there emerges a softness and an inside peace which makes me smile.

Ps from later: well decluttering ended in puzzling, lol...some kind of delight and giving some away to neighbour kids as well....emotional facing was okay...i am resting and nesting in my strength.....sigh.....Thank you Life for sharing your strength with me and all of you who do this as well...it is felt and seen.
